I like this app but the don't seem to have certain items on the app. Like the new NCT Dream album doesn't show up on the global store's app but does show up on the website. So I don't know why it not on the app. The app now won't open and says an error every time I try to open it.

App is always easy to use and has a variety of artist merchandise. Just wish they would have more in stock or reorder additional quantities as items frequently sell out.

the app is surprisingly very easy to navigate. everything is organized neatly, it resembles the website, but more straightforward. it definitely is much better than the mobile site.
