Charm outweighs technical issues; there are some technical problems but in my experience so far they've been inconsequential compared to how awesome the app is. It shows you a map of every (verified) shop cat around you! You can add new cats if you're the first to discover them. Anyway, overall, this is the best app I've ever discovered and I can't wait to go meet more shop cats!

My wife and I have used this app all over the world to find cool cats and shops (it's in the name) that we never would've otherwise. If we travel to a new place, we always check ShopCats first and then build in some fun visits. Sometimes things turn up empty, but it's the exploration that's the fun part. Thanks so much for creating this wonderful community!

Good idea but can't even document my visits. It's so difficult to select the shops. Even when they show up on Google maps I can't select it. Edit: someone said it needs to be on yelp, which may be my issue. Still, even with my single successful post, uploading them is a difficult process
