I'm throughly impressed with customer service for grove. The app processed a large order that I had delayed and couldn't afford, so I submitted a request for a cancelation. Within minutes they had the order reversed, such a relief! Also, I'm a big fan of the products I've had from grove over the last few years, highly recommend

App is clunky & difficult to use. The thing I dislike the most is you cannot search for items. If you press search it brings you to a list of categories rather than let you type the item you are looking for. In addition to the app, I have found Grove to be expensive and misleading in what they offer customers. Example, VIP customers do not really get free shipping; orders have a 2.99 supply chain fee. They also added a subscribe & save feature. I can buy every item in store or on Amazon cheaper.

Love everything. Good range of products, sales, freebies, different types of eco friendly products and sustainable products, new things frequently, quick and convenient. Great costumer service, no problems with shipping so far, always eager for feedback and usually delivers on it. Doesn't have everything, stock moves too quick sometimes (both good and bad), app works well, sometimes prefer the regular site for searching what I want, I find the app search system a little busy personally.
