This is my second time dropping a review about an app on playstore in my 8 years of using Android. You have the best customer care service! I had issues with creating my dollar card because my driver's license expired. One of your customer care representative guided me through it, even though it was late into the night. As if that wasn't enough, the platform i tried using it to purchase something from, rejected it. The same person guided me through it and it was approved. Thanks so much!

Grey has been okay, but it definitely has some drawbacks. For instance, the conversion fee. I don't know why that's mandatory because we're already selling you our earnings, so charging us extra seems quite excessive. While the virtual dollar card is nice and works for the most part, the card's withdrawal process is quite frustrating, with us having to wait 24 hours for the card withdrawal to be fulfilled. Also, deposit speeds could be greatly overhauled; customer service has been great so far.

The card was awesome. I was able to shop and pay internationally with no limitations. However, the developer should do more by ensuring that the total amount in the dollar account can be moved to the dollar card to the last cent. Also, the activation cost of $1 charge on the card should be eliminated to embrace more people onboarding. This challenge on the app made me incur extra charges in the long run. Overall, the app is great, and I recommend it.
