This company has the worst customer service ever. We have talked to 4 different representatives over 6 hours and all giving a different answer to resolve our issue. All of them being incorrect. When service actually works, it is marginal at best. We had issues a second time. Another 6 hours to resolve. Working with customer service on the phone is useless. Unfortunately at the moment this is our only option for internet service.

Well, the customer service is rude and greedy af when it comes to trying to move from Post-Payment to Pre-Payment. But the line itself is quite good. My only gripe besides the incompetence of the customer service when it comes to the specific problem I've mentioned, is that it would be MUCH better if you had the app tell you where they sent you Authentication Code, how can I freaking know it was in my Gmail when you ask me for my phone number?
