This should be a great app and device. It's neither. Clunky, hard to use, doesn't integrate, and at some point awair became bitcoin specialists or something else irrelevant to me, and the product just got worse from there. I won't be purchasing anything else made by awair, and id advise anyone thinking about it to look elsewhere.

This product failed to work on multiple devices. After one initial email response from Awair to request a refund, I have sent multiple email responses back with no reply for more than two weeks. So clearly their customer service is as poor as their product.

Garbage app and app maintenance, the product itself was decent, but irritating to use the app. Features also removed after buying. Last, they retire apps and products that still work fine, but I'm sure aren't returning enough investments. I'm stuck with two working devices they decided to abandon. End stage, mostly useless product now. Stay away from the whole line.
