Its a great idea and very convenient IF and WHEN it works. After activating a ticket, I will have to either restart the app or my phone to pull up the activated ticket. Also, if I close the app and re-open it, the currently active tocket won't load. I had to tell the driver multiple times that the app is not working. Very inconvenient every time it glitches or laggs.

I use this app almost every day and I have for the last couple of years. But just recently it has not been activating my tickets. After I click activate it gives me a text box that says when it will expire and so on. Then I click okay and it goes to a grey loading screen and does not load my ticket. This wouldn't really be a problem as I would just wait as long as needed but this issue has gotten me in to trouble with the transit enforcement. please fix this. any help would be greatly appreciated

The latest update broke something. I had my june pass stored on cloud and it refuses to show me that ticket in available ticket section. Previous version had no issues. I can still see the purchase in purchase history section, but not in the available ticket section. I bought a new ticket but the new one also doesn't show up in available ticket section. Please fix it soon, people may get fined. Edit- after reinstalling the app, the issue seems to be resolved.

For anyone else experiencing this issue, logging out of the app and logging back in will resolve the issue. We are still working on resolving this issue permanently, our apologies for anyone who was affected by this error.
