The GUI of App is Very Poor. Education Alicia Media is just concentrating to Expanding Business & Providing Same App Interface to Various Coaching Institutes. But there are lot of lags in the App. The App hangs again and again with Different Playback IDs as Error Codes. Don't know what to do. Even the Parent Coaching Institute is not bothered at all to take care about the Issues faced by the Students in the App. The Education App should be such that it runs at minimum Bandwidth. Please resolve

Needs lot of improvement. Like, - add 10sec skip option in video player. - some times video become blured during video. - offline videos should be available in this app. *ફરિયાદોની પણ કિંમત હોય છે,* *બધાને નથી કરાતી સાહેબ !!*

No doubt academy is very good but this app is not so good, everytime need internet to open file, no offline reading mood, also sometimes display " app not responding". Difficult to use for slow internet speed users...
