Mi Ángel, web and mobile platform (apps) for personal security, which integrates the community through technology with the most complete network of allies made up of: Mi Ángel agents, security companies, stable guards, relief organizations, taxi drivers, drivers of transport platforms, merchants in the area, neighbors, and Mi Ángel citizens, which provides immediate assistance 24/7 to the users who make up said community in the event of any incident that occurs to them, such as: sexual harassment, domestic violence , kidnapping or extortion, robbery, suspicious person, abandoned package, accident, risk on the road, among others.

My Angel is based on the principle of solidarity set forth in article 95-2 of our National Constitution, classified in the Colombian penal code as a crime under the name of Omission of Relief in article 131 of law 599 of 2000; My Angel summarizes the above in his maxim “I take care of you, You take care of me, My Angel integrates us and takes care of us.”

In an innovative and disruptive way, Mi Ángel, through a cellular intercom that makes and receives calls in real time and generates silent alarms, provides the user with a tool that allows them to stay connected, even if they lose their cell phone. Additionally, it makes the following services available to its users: network of allies, life cycle, protection locks, safe zones, among others. Additionally, the virtual escort service (accompany me), which confidentially monitors the user's journeys in real time, so that they arrive safely at their destinations.

My Angel is effective because it notifies the support network that can really help the user, which is 500 meters away when the user is in a safe area from where the alert is being generated, they communicate through the user application, the reaction application (support network), and MI ANGEL devices (cellular intercom) integrated by the most complete central unit that activates the support protocols when the user requires it, with an immediate reaction; This way the user will know when they are in a safe area or when they are in an unsafe area, receiving security tips so that criminals never take them by surprise. Additionally, MI ANGEL connects users with their life circle, which is 5 family members and/or close friends, to be notified if they have any incident.
