Update march 2024 - They are still providing software updates! Amazing.. This is actually a very good product overall. Out of the box I had to reset the doorbell to begin the connecting up process, but afterwards all works great. Little tip - the options icon to the top right of the video display shows different options depending on whether the video is on or not. When streaming, that is when you will find all the useful options..

It works although with some delay sometimes. It's always a balance between power consumption (for the phone and the doorbell) and functionality. I recently changed my phone and UBox has never rang since. I must spend some time to tune the settings again. Do you have a guide that can be followed?

The app needs to have different settings instead of sensitivity it needs to be able to be set to people or cars. I get a lot of cars going past my house so it sets it off a lot. My battery only last 2-3 days which isn't good, if I went away on holiday this video doorbell wouldn't be working after 2 days Just had an update but I can't see the point of the updates as it's still the same, goes off every minute when cars drive past, even on low sensitivity. I do not recommend this doorbell
