Won't connect half the time to the internet and I've got to reboot it. Seeing it's a security cam, one needs split second connection as to catch someone stealing or worse!! This app makes a good camera bad. I'm not as concerned with playback recorded footage but that only works half the time as well. I hope this new update fixes these issues!!!! Mainly the connection issues!

After hours of trying to find some hidden permission on my phone I realized the doorbell will not call my phone as it should. The motion detection works only when it wants to and it loses connection intermittently while everything is in the house and close to the router. The lag to actually see real time video is way to long to ever talk to someone at the door. This app needs major improvements!

Waste of money!! Doesn't always provide snapshot when someone rings the doorbell. Takes a long time to actually record who is at the door! Works pretty good for $40 except if a delivery driver rings the bell, it takes about 15 seconds for the notification to hit my phone then when I pull up live video, the person is already gone! Of course it doesn't save the pic or video clip of who it was so 🙄 its useless to me. Will buy Ring as soon as I can!!
