The scale firmware updates and rolls back every time. Terrible product. Can't recommend. Support couldn't explain how ideal age is calculated, suggested updating my app to a version that doesn't exist in the store and abandoned my ticket. They appear to have several apps that do the same thing and they all provide different readings from the same scale. I just can't recommend this app or product as a result.

While the scale works fine, the data that synced to Fitbit stopped working. Everything was working fine until about mid November 2023- and since then, no data has been synced. This has happened before as well. I made sure all apps are connected and the appropriate setting enabled. Very disappointed and will be switching to a different product.

Overall a good app for tracking info from the scale. It would be an improvement if it could sync with other apps, like Garmin. One annoyance - it started bugging me to change my password, I don't want to change my password. Changing passwords is an outdated strategy and certainly isn't needed for this kind of data (it isn't my bank account)
