About this app

Chili’s LINC is a free app available to all Chili’s restaurant Team Members. LINC enables instant access to job-related training, communications, broadcast videos and more. All of this digital content has been optimized to work seamlessly on the mobile app regardless of the device you’re using.


To access LINC, Chili’s Team Members must have a valid HotSchedules username and password. Whenever possible, a Wi-Fi connection is recommended in order to avoid or minimize cellular data usage.


Important note for Chili’s Team Members: Download and usage of the LINC app is optional. If you prefer not to use the LINC app on your personal device, please consult your manager for alternative ways to access the content.

I think there's a few bugs: no matter, what I've tried, the language is stuck in Dutch and I speak/read English. I've had to take screenshots and have Google translate the text for me just to make sure Im selecting the correct option. Also there were times I would get a question right, but it'd say it was incorrect, but still give me a passing status on it.

I have messaged support multiple times in regards to constantly getting the "bad login" error everytime I attempt to login. I have not recieved a response to date and my first email was well over 4 months ago. It will not let me login on the app or via their website. the website just gives me the "your attention please" message. Very frustrating when you want to succeed in your job and yet you are unable to complete any training or modules that are required.

If I fail a module is it supposed to show as completed or not. There are 2 I can't retake but it doesn't show them as complete.
