The BENECURA app is the platform for everything to do with your health. You can access a range of services: The digital "SymptomCheck" function has been developed by doctors to deliver personalised recommendations; the "Health Dossier" securely stores your documents; "PreventionCheck" delivers check-up recommendations; and "Ready for doctor" helps you prepare for a doctor's appointment.
You will find the specialised medical dictionary and the medication list to be useful references for getting a basic overview of a range of diseases and medicines.
The app saves your data in encrypted form in a dossier that only you can access.

In the middle of the symptom check, at one point the app switches to French (?!). This app definitely shouldn't exist in it's current form, what if someone is in real emergency.... Should they quickly Google translate the question about a possible heart attack or what? 🤣 Overall impression of clumsy, low quality app. Definitely different from the mySwica app.

Hello Mark Thank you for your feedback. The SymptomCheck is constantly being developed by a panel of medical experts and the translation error has now been corrected.

Frequent crashes, especially when uploading photos. Registration cumbersome and error prone. Could be a very useful app when these bugs would be solved.

Pity that there is no choice of language ! This app has a glossary of medical terms, which this app has decided for me that it will be in German. I speak 3 languages, but unfortunately German is not one of the 3 ... Yet their pamphlet is in French.

For an optimal user experience with BENECURA:
• After a SymptomCheck has been carried out, a call-back appointment can be booked via OneDoc as an alternative to calling santé24. The service will be available in German and English and is not suitable for urgent cases.
• In order to combine the advantages of the SymptomCheck and the TytoHome service, the symptom of a sore throat will be indicated if a TytoHome examination would also be useful.
