PUPIL Connect

PUPIL Connect enables modern, data protection-compliant and efficient communication within the school and between the school, learners and parents.

With a variety of functions such as a news ticker, chats, absence management, a survey tool, file storage and much more, PUPIL Connect helps to simplify everyday life in schools.

PUPIL Connect can be used independently or as an integral part of the all-in-one school management software PUPIL. Integrated into PUPIL, class and course groups are automatically available without entering telephone numbers and information from other modules can be used within the app. This networking greatly simplifies the whole process and reduces duplication and sources of error in administration, through the classroom to communication with students and parents.

- For parents: You will receive school information such as letters to parents easily and conveniently in digital form. You can also take part in surveys and transmit absences, short messages or voice messages to the teachers in a user-friendly manner. Linguistic barriers are easily overcome using an integrated translation function. Families with children at different schools can use the app to easily switch between the locations in the Messenger menu.
- For teachers: With PUPIL Connect you can reach everyone involved in the school in compliance with data protection. You have full control over chats: switch between one-way (only you can write) and open conversation (everyone can write). You can also request read receipts for your messages with a click, in order to have an overview of the status of your sent messages at any time. You can set individual availability times for the whole day or for certain days or times.
- For school leaders: Via PUPIL Connect you can send information to the entire school community. You decide whether you want to publish the message directly or at a later date at an individually specified time. With the read confirmation function, you always have an overview of the status of your sent messages if required. You also have the option of composing complex texts conveniently on your computer via web access.
