This is not about the app, it is about the Migrol "service". I have received a wrong monthly invoice, with 2 transactions at the same gas station at the same time. I cannot fill more than 80l into my normal car. I have opened a ticket on May 12th. I have opened 2 more tickets, sent several emails, documented everything, talked to the Call Centre. It is July 20th. Zero reaction, deaf ears! Worst customer service ever!!
