Anytime a readable card is near my phone, this app automatically opens and tries to read it. The app won't allow me to close it without removing the card away from the phone. There is no way to prevent the app from automatically opening and trying to read a card. This is incredibly frustrating. --EDIT-- The suggestion to turn off NFC is not a solution. If I want to read any card, the T-Mobilitat app opens. This is a problem.

Hi Michael! I'm sorry you're having problems with the App. To avoid this situation, you can disconnect the NFC antenna from your mobile.

Terrible - the developers clearly thought: how can we make something simple really complicated and frustrating? They excelled and the result is this app and the "new" t mobilitat system which safely moves us all back into the 20th century. Half the time it doesn't work, you can only hold one ticket type at a time & the sign up process is an unnecessary nightmare. It also randomly starts on phone over and over again and cannot be closed. 1 star review complaints since 2021,but nothing learnt.

The app has been glitching badly for the last two days. Opens by itself without even attempting to open it and then does something very weird- keeps vibrating and loading and will not allow access to other applications until it is done vibrating and making the sound....I have tried removing and reloading the app....don't know what and why this is happening

Hi! Would you by any chance be carrying any NFC card (like the T-mobilitat or your DNI) inside your phone's cover? If the phone non stop detects those cards it will keep trying to run the app due to the NFC. We have encountered this problem before. Paula
