CARTA GO for the most part is an easy way to catch a ride. This app is easy to set up, to use, sometimes I have to double-check the destination, but as long as I check it before hitting accept, it's good to go

The worst move since they got rid of the #8 route. Wait times are ridiculous. Drivers seem to be running around like chickens without a head. I watched 3 busses marked N. Brainerd 6 drive right by me. Then when I finally got picked up, the driver looking at me like I did something wrong.

The app needs a lot a of work when trying to book a ride it sometimes takes up to 30 minutes if all seats are full there is no way u can select a time slot so u just keep wasting your time trying book a ride than when your ride is book the app tell u how much time u have before bus arrive one minute u have 5 then 15 and Half of the streets list on app you don't drop off there please fix
