Overall, I haven't had too many problems. The recent update adding delivery and payment is great except that it won't accept my three digit code from the back of the credit card. It keeps telling me to add a valid one...but that is the valid one. I can still order by going the invoice route but , until this gets fixed, I can't pay thru the app.

Good app but needs Biometric signin capability for people with movement disorders. The app makes ordering prescription drugs fairly easy, if you can type well on a tiny smartphone keyboard to enter your account password. Some people have difficulty typing on their phone, so adding biometric signin to the app would allow much easier signin using fingerprint or facial recognition. Epilepsy, Parkinson's, and other movement disorder customers would thank you.

I could not find anywhere to request a sooner or later date on my refill request. Previously, the automated system on the phone would allow me to request an earlier or later pickup date. This allowed me to manage multiple prescriptions by picking up as many at once as possible, instead of one prescription across multiple dates.
