The app is extremely slow, and doesn't work half the time. It is simply pathetic. Worst of all - the devs know about it, but they don't really care. There isn't much incentive to improve the CX. This is 8th day in a row where I try to access my coverage balance, and if I'm lucky, I see -"It's not you, it's us" page. Otherwise, just a blinking slider, waiting till eternity to load, if at all!

Edit: terrible service from this company. I'm still waiting on a $750 payout for a Well-being claim from February. It is now May. Ridiculous. --- If you love watching a never-ending progress bar while you wait fruitlessly for your coverage balance to load, then you'll love this app! Or maybe you'll be lucky enough to at least see the message: "It's not you - it's us! We're experiencing technical difficulties. Please try again later. Sorry for the inconvenience." The fun never stops!

This might be the single most unfriendly unhelpful crappiest app I have ever used. The online interface is no better. I can't tell which claims have been paid which ones have been denied or which ones are still in process. information is buried. processes are buried in deep links. I hope the product owner is reading this and make some changes pronto.
