Loved how intuitive and convenient this is. No more searching endlessly for health services. In the future I want to see more transparency around the need a family practice registery. Like where I am on the list, estimated time until I get a family practice, etc. I also want to see the records section expand from just having vaccine records. Like having prescription history. Would also be nice if I could refill/renew prescriptions directly in the app. But overall very happy for with version 1

Installed this app mostly to check wait times at emergency departments. Wait times listed on the app are WAY off, totally incorrect. Triage nurse told me that the wait times were never correct and could not be considered accurate. What's the point of having it in the app? I suppose it makes sense for the app to be about as good as the health care system. It's too bad that the staff are so over-worked and the system has been so underfunded for so long.

Entering the health card number I get an "Error 1: Something is not right. Review all fields and try again or contact MSI" and the Health card number field is highlighted. I tried several times and still it says "Must be 10 digits". My health card number starts with "001" perhaps it doesn't count the leading zeros. Shouldn't the developers know the cards out there have leading zeros?!!!
