About this app

When you and your doctor both use Medeo, you can exchange secure messages, book appointments online, and have video visits using your phone, tablet, or computer, from anywhere you have an internet connection.

Instead of connecting you to *a* clinic, Medeo connects you to *your* clinic. When you and your healthcare provider are both registered, Medeo creates a direct line of communication between you and the professionals you trust. Better relationships, more personal care.

FEATURES (available when offered by your healthcare provider):

Video Visits. When you can’t get to the clinic, enjoy virtual appointments from anywhere over secure video (high-speed internet required), with messaging and file sharing capabilities. Less travel, more convenience.

Patient Messaging. An easy way for your doctor to share test results, renew prescriptions, check on symptoms, or just pass on information. Securely exchange messages, files, and photos over our encrypted network and know more, quickly.

Online Booking. Choose your appointment type, date, and time, then get an email when your request is accepted or declined. So much better than sitting on hold.

PEACE OF MIND:

We encrypt all data and use best-in-class security to keep your personal information safe. And Medeo is a Canadian app, so your healthcare data stays here, where it belongs.

Medeo is 100% ad free!

Useless app for video meeting. When selecting "start appointment", it goes to a blank screen indefinitely. All permissions set acceptance. No indication of what to expect your first time, or if other party is present, and no notifications whatsoever. Will be trying the browser next time. Only useful for messaging and appt scheduling.

To simply confirm my install I had to do a password reset, otherwise it would not even confirm. I was then able to log in, set up camera and microphone etc. This is not an easy app to install. It's buggy. I sure hope it works... Edit in response to Medeo: I was not asked to do a reset, I tried that on my own in a last ditch effort to get it working.

Hi there. We recently changed our login process, so you may have been asked to do a password reset as a one-time request.

Been using for about a year now with my doc and therapist, who adopted it. Very under-developed, barely functional. Making you log in every time and timing you out every 5 mins is unnecessary. They need to support 2FA Asa instead. The video calls are ok quality but if you have a weak connection it will drop you repeatedly and you have to close & reopen to re-join. I only use this to check messages, which btw it doesn't send push notifs for.
