This is a really bad application. Even when they tell you that there are special prices just for you. When you go to pay it's the full price and no one knows why. This has happened a few times to me. I even complained to the Head Office in Paphos, they promised to phone back but I am still waiting. Absolutely terrible application and does not compare with another Supermarket, International German, where everything works perfectly

App is not bad at all the backend server is slow when updating my date of birth it takes forever to submit and the app is heavy on battery use I can't reset my password tapping forgot password it says it will email but nothing happens wth.

I went to your store in Ypsonas and a very kind young man fixed it. I am able to access the app again. I do like that I'm able to get what specials are available and access to my vouchers.

We have just tried and the app is working as it should. Certain countries are blocked from accessing the backend server for security purposes. Which country are you trying to access the app from? Also, if you are on a restricted Internet access (your company’s Internet for example), access may be restricted from your side.
