Amazing app. Improved my knowledge of the body as well as my mobility with lots of funky drills and fun variations. Practising yoga with Cel is a unique journey of exploration. I absolutely love it!!!

I like this app because I'm learning both physical and mental skills from it. This isn't a get into a posture type app, it's so much more. I really like celest, she' fun + gives great explanations. It has made me learn to listen to my body better. There are other "trainers" as well, I particularly enjoy the mobility classes with Travis. It's a mind and movement app and is challenging but really worth it. The brain hacks are crazy, I say try it out because you'll definitely learn something new.

I am so in LOVE with this app, Celest's classes are always great, with so much to learn and and find inspiration from for my own classes 🥰 also the combination of on-demand classes + weekly lives + week-long challenges with a different focus every time is just perfect!! Thank you Cel for putting so much time, effort and love into this app, it's truly gold ♥️
