o app envia várias notificações de novas circulares, porém não há nada de novo nos arquivos do condomínio. por conta disso já baixei o mesmo arquivo nomeado "ações tomadas nas últimas semanas 4 vezes desde Setembro achando que são atualizações. Update: O app infelizmente continua com uma usabilidade horrível. As páginas não se adequam ao formato mobile prejudicando a navegação.
