I would give 0 stars if that was an option. So I decided to try the scooter for the first time. And after paying and finding a scooter with battery and located on a right place, I started it, gave it a few tries, but it did not run. I stopped it for a moment to see why its not running (meanwhile even though i had stopped it through the app, i was still getting charged for literally nothing). I stopped it entirely and asked for a refund through mail since it wasn't my fault - no answer or help !

Even though my scooter was fully charged, It stopped moving on the 5th minute. I was not in the parking zone so I had to push it 10 minutes in the heat to the nearest parking zone. Not only i lost some money but also a time I didnt have. I wrote to the support but after nearly a month, I have no reply...

The scooters has labels that advertise flase prices, lower from the app ones. (0.25 vs 0.35 per min). Buggy app. It also requires money deposit. The whole experience is much worse compared to competitor Lime, while costing the same.
