Sohrab Sepehri's Collection of Works
Sohrab Sepehri was a Persian poet, writer and painter from Iran. He is one of the most important contemporary Iranian poets and his poems have been translated into many languages, including English, French, Spanish and Italian.

 

Sohrab Sepehri was born on October 23, 2009 in Qom. His grandfather, Mirza Nasrallah Khan Sepehri, was the first head of the Kashan Telegraph Company. His father, Asadullah, and his mother, Mahin Jabin, were both from art and poetry.

 

Sohrab's father, Asadollah Sepehri, Kashan Post and Telegraph Officer, Zagh and Honarbud. When Sohrab was young, his father became paralyzed and died in year 3. Sohrab's mother, Moon Jebin, who was also a poet and poet, died in June of that year. Manouchehr Sepehri, Sohrab's older brother, and his only brother who was a childhood friend of Sohrab, also died in year 4. He has three sisters, Homayoun Dukht, Paridokht, and Butterfly Sepehri.

 

Sepehri's childhood passed in Kashan. Sohrab spent six elementary years in Khayyam Primary School.

 

He attended elementary school in Khayyam Kashan (1) and secondary school in Pahlavi high school in Kashan and after graduating in June, he was recruited by the Department of Culture of Kashan for a two-year course at the Boys' Primary Science Center. She took sixth literary exams in September 2009 and received her high school diploma. Then he came to Tehran and studied at the Faculty of Fine Arts of the University of Tehran and at the same time was hired by the Oil Company in Tehran, which resigned after six months.

 

Sepehri published his first collection of Nama's poetry, Death of Color, in 6 years. Graduated from the Faculty of Fine Arts in 2007 and received the first degree in science. In the same year, he participated in several painting exhibitions in Tehran and also published his second collection of poetry entitled Life of Dreams. In December, he started working at the Museum of Fine Arts (Culture and Art) in the museums department and taught at the Fine Arts Conservatory.

 

Sepehri spent the first and second decades of her life using science and art. The third decade of his life gained experience and travel, and the fourth decade devoted most of his life to long journeys. It was during this period that he traveled repeatedly to Japan, France, Italy, India, America, and many other countries in the East and West. His travels were essentially spiritual. His particular vision of travel, especially travel to East Asian countries and his acquaintance with the Hindu and Buddhist religions influenced his poetry. Sepehri, as a poet of style, had many lovers. Sohrab never got married.
