Asistente DNA

The application: Technical Assistant for DNAs personnel, is an application developed with the objective of providing information and technical support to the aforementioned personnel.
The app has a user registration system, which will enable a group chat space to be able to make direct inquiries to users registered in the app, in turn enables the bilateral chat option where you can communicate with a specific person and identified within the app as a DNAs official, the registration option also enables the suggestions that will be sent to the administrators of the app, which will allow the suggestions provided to be considered.
The app has a space for frequently asked questions, the same ones that are grouped into 3 sections, subdivided according to the case care typology distribution system, where you can carry out a specific search by words or select the predetermined questions with their respective answers.
We have a referential telephone directory of the different DNAs of the country, which will allow you to easily identify the contact information.
There is an information section, where we will have bibliographic documents related to labor and implementation actions for DNAs personnel, but you will also find a video library with illustrative material.
This version was validated by a group of official users from different DNAs of the country, where they validated the actions, information and digital resources contained in the app.
