Very bad app. When logged in, the files don't open and results can't be viewed! Now I can't login using the correct credentials!!

It is the worst application ever, The I.T team doesn't know how to fix it! Old school Labs who still send the results via WhatsApp are much more efficient, Biolab app is bad and they don't want to admit, imagine that my patients tell me the results before I know!

The application is not working properly. I tried to create an account, but it didn't work, i tried to book an appointment as a guest, and it didn't work as well. Non of the functions are working.
