1. It's not always easy to unlock a bike–many times it says the service is currently unavailable (it's not, try 100 times). 2. The app doesn't say how much battery each bike has. I've had two die on me 10 minutes after unlocking. You'd have to unlock it, turn it on, check the battery and if it's low, return in and repeat the process with each bike. Which is a waste of time and annoying. 3. I'd returned the bike at the designated area but the app malfunctioned and I was charged twice, no one reim

Rented a bike, but it turned out that the chain has fallen from both gear rings. Well, I put the chain on both, but probably the chain is too loose (stretched) or the back gear ring set is too worn out, because the chain fell off again. No way to report a problem with the bike. Tried to rent another one. The locking mechanism did not open. I ended the session and got fed up with the service for now.
