I have serious doubts about calculated prices. I have recently changed contract from Easy to Flow which is a monthly variable contract. Despite the fact that rates for November are significantly lower than October, the calculated prices for November raised. No real explanation from the helpdesk (wait for some days, should be up to date soon...)

It's not very useful. After openning the app for the first time, all instructions come in Dutch, not even in French, and forget about English. You are not able to log in to the app as it takes to browser, and after logging into the browser, nothing happens. There is no English version. Better use the website via Chrome.

Hi, the app is available in Dutch and French, both national languages in Belgium. To log in, you must use the credentials for the ENGIE website. The app takes you to the website of Fluvius as you need to give your consent to share your digital meter data to Fluvius. The app allows you to follow the consumption of your digital meter in Flanders.

Used to work, not anymore. Living in Flanders. Gas and electricity digital meters. Access given via Fluvius a long time ago. Since last update the app is in a loop asking username and password. Language is not selectable. Phone setup language is English, the app defaults to Dutch (why? why not French?). English not available. ENGIE keeps answering FR and NL are official laguages. Really? Brussels... Capital of Europe, ENGIE multinational cannot offer English? German is also official...
