Great material, really easy an convenient to follow. Could be a little easier to navigate and sign-up through the app. Overall great guy!

I like the videos showing each position but there isn't enough time to get into the next position. There are times when you hold a position on each side for half of the timer but there is no indication to switch. I played the free full body flexibility program and it wouldn't go past the McKenzie Push Up, there wasn't a timer and just played the video over and over.

This app is amazing. Been following Tom for a long time on YouTube because of my interest in calisthenics and especially flexibility. I tried a lot of creators but always came back to Tom because of his informed and calm nature. So I decided to check out his app because I want to get stronger as well and it's soooo good!!! The form videos, the timers, the layout,... and a lot of free workouts!! No reason not to try it out. It's really a well thought out fabulous app! Thank you Tom! 🤍🖤🤍
