I'm not sure what changed, but I'm not able to see my printer, make any changes, or use any of the functions of this app anymore. It was clumsy to begin with but usable, now it isn't even working. Offline issues and constant "something went wrong" errors. Even tried uninstalling the app and reinstalling, exact same issues. At this time, I can't in good conscience rate other than a one-star.

This app has just stopped working for a few functions but the camera is the biggest issue. If I print something labeled for a X1C sometimes it still gives me a print error and says the print profile doesn't match, no way to bypass it like I can on the PC. I cannot set it up to automatically turn on Time-lapse. The whole thing needs work.

App has many issues. The camera is the main reason I would want this app and it very rarely works. Most of the time it just displays a black screen. Efforts to restart the app make no difference. Other problems include the stats for uploaded models never syncs with what is shown on the web page or analytics. Stats just seem totally random. The app is typical Bambu, printer is amazing but anything service or support is bottom of the barrel.
