Mobile deposits crash the app 2/3 of the time, forcing you to log back in several times to deposit a check. The app also asks you to fill out security questions upon start-up, then if you fill them out and hit submit, nothing happens and it keeps you on that screen, meaning you have to deal with that screen showing up every single time you open the app.

I used to have no problem using this app with my password manager (KeePassDX). Now after either a system update or an app update (not sure which) I can neither autofill my credentials (it puts the password in the user name field) nor paste text manually in the password field. This is unacceptable as it forces me to use a less secure but memorable password rather than using a more secure password from my password manager. This used to work, and I would like it back!

Extremely bad customer experience. I tried to deposit checks through the app and the focus of the camera is so bad that it gives blurry pics, and it's auto focus...hence I can't do anything about it. Further more, the deposits get rejected at times and the app doesn't even tell me. Nor do I get an email telling about the same. I've tried my very best to stay with this bank. But now I'm tired of this game.
