removed the simple format of start and end schedules and no information about bus timings.

Very frustrating. Journey planner doesn't work and you frequently have to use the website instead which also doesn't work... really, really poor experience

One of most disappointing services ever. Buses are never on time, and sometimes there are even "ghost buses" that don't even appear and you have to wait for the next bus. Today I've had to wait 2 hours for a bus that was meant to arrive in 5 minutes. I am still waiting on it with a group of other people. The app is just as useless when it comes to anything related to time. Thank you for making me late.
