As others have mentioned it, there is a bug that keeps asking for fingerprint/screen password. And no - saying that it is a bug with the device itself is not a solution. I've already reinstalled the app four times, it works fine for a while but eventually it will crash at the worst time, e.g., when standing at reception when you have to provide your insurance card. Please fix this issue, orherwise the app is unusable.

Spent a while trying to set it up, the app kept asking for password on every tap, and keeps cycling through the authorisation gave up on third attempt.

Hello! This is a bug made by the device itself. This can be prevented as follows: 1. by removing all types of locking from the phone (PIN code, figure, face recognition and others); 2. Re-installing the required phone lock types. 3. Once you install and open the app, there will be no problem with phone and app unlock requests.
