Nice exercise app for beginners. Improvement could be, to add voice support. Add the number of repititions in rest screen itself, so that i dont need to wait for timer to run out in order to know how many times or for how long i need to do the exercise, this causes problem in time based exercise where if i have to exercise for some seconds few secs are wasted to check the time itself.

Very simple to use. I could see many differences after doing the entire event. It works really well especially th arms. I really recommend this app for you to gain arm muscles.

I'm not a beginner to these exercises, so when I downloaded and opened this app, I tried to use the advanced option instead of starting from beginners. Unfortunately it's a premium package and I don't want to spend for such thing. Please solve this issue because everyone who downloads all these applications arent beginners. Thank you šŸ˜Š
