Our small family business is located in Huisseau sur mauves in the Loiret.

Gourmands of good things, we wish to share with you our original and generous recipes. All our pizzas are artisanal, prepared by hand in our workshop!

Our dough? A family secret. We use a long fermentation process for a more digestible and tastier dough.

The wheat used is grown in our village by a farmer practicing sustainable agriculture. The wheat is then carefully crushed in his family mill just a few meters from our kiosk.

A machine, yes! But with good pizzas made with quality products! Because this project was born with the desire to highlight our local producers, and promote the short circuit.
