Basic Sales Process
1. Register your vehicle information! All you have to do is prepare two photos of the vehicle (front/rear) and it will take just 3 minutes!
2. We will inform you whether it is suitable for export. (After registration, within 1 hour of business hours)
3. An alpaca vehicle inspection manager will visit the customer and conduct a free vehicle inspection.
4. Once the customer starts the auction based on the inspection results, foreign buyers will bid for 24 hours.
5. Once you decide what to sell, Alpaca will deliver the vehicle to the foreign buyer's delivery location.
6. At the delivery site, Alpaca's manager will proceed with the vehicle delivery process to the foreign buyer.
7. Once delivery of the vehicle is confirmed, the buyer pays the customer the entire vehicle sales price in cash. (The vehicle will never be delivered to the buyer until cash payment is completed.)
8. After payment and delivery of the vehicle, an Alpaca representative will visit the administrative district office to cancel the vehicle's registration and send you the relevant documents to complete the transaction!
