Zamboanga del Norte Inter-Agency Response Application Link (ZIRA LINK) is a Disaster and Emergency Mobile Application that with a few taps on the cellular phone, a user or the community can easily call any concerned agencies in times of uncertainties and disasters, can access the minor information of an emergency response office/ station of this Province and can now easily find its exact geographical location.
