The 7' Workout - 12 exercises is an activity that can be performed independently and without equipment. Accessible to all, it is necessary to have 6 to 8 minutes a day to engage in a series of exercises which follow one another with a working time of 20 or 30 seconds interspersed with a recovery time of 10 seconds. It will be necessary to seek the maximum number of repetitions each time. A Timer helps you respect the exercise-rest alternation.
