智慧型柔軟度測量(單人版)

This is an APP that can quickly measure softness without restricting the place. The program interface of this APP is simple and clear, and the single-person version is suitable for outdoor and indoor use. It has the characteristics of light and fast measurement, and can automatically record the data of each measurement, so that users can keep abreast of body changes at any time. This APP has obtained a Taiwan patent (patent number M582377).
Measurement Instructions:
1. When starting the measurement, the person to be measured needs to sit on the ground with feet shoulder-width apart, and the position of the heel is aligned with the reference line (red line) in the APP mobile phone screen.
2. For people with poor softness, the original measurement screen is from 25cm to 36cm. If the person being measured cannot stretch to 25cm smoothly, he can press and hold the "Outside 25CM" option to switch to within 25CM. At this time, the distance grid in the APP screen will switch to 14 cm to 25 cm. After the user turns the mobile device 180 degrees, align the feet with the reference line (red line) to start the test.
3. The measurer stretches his hands together and presses the distance grid on the screen of the mobile phone with his fingertips (for at least 2 seconds). The sensor of the mobile phone will sense the position of the pressed grid and confirm the result. After confirmation, the softness measurement score and grade of this time will be displayed.
