This is an APP that facilitates regular monitoring of body flexibility in groups of multiple people. This APP can be set up for identification, and automatically records the measurement data after measurement, and can also export Excel files for subsequent management by the group. This APP has obtained a Taiwan patent (patent number M582377).
Measurement Instructions:
1. Before starting the test, please enter the class (group code). Each measurer in the group must enter the number (seat number) before the measurement, and then the measurement can start.
2. When starting the measurement, the subject needs to sit on the ground with his feet shoulder-width apart, and align his heels with the reference line (red line) on the APP screen.
3. For people with poor flexibility, the original measurement screen is from 25 cm to 36 cm. If the measured person cannot stretch to 25 cm smoothly, you can long press the "25 cm outside" option, and it will switch to within 25 cm . At this time, the distance grid on the APP screen will switch to 14 cm to 25 cm. After the user turns the mobile device 180 degrees, align the feet with the reference line (red line) to start the test.
4. The measurer overlaps his hands and stretches forward, and presses the distance grid on the screen of the mobile phone with his fingertips (for at least 2 seconds), the sensing element of the mobile phone will sense the position of the pressed grid and confirm the result. After confirmation, the softness measurement result and grade of this time will be displayed.
5. After completing the group measurement, click the icon of the output file to export the EXCEL file.
