Il Parmigiano was founded in 2014 in Oslo - with the vision of bringing authentic Italian taste experiences to Norwegians. This small family business has spent a lot of time on trips to the homeland of pizza to get inspiration and ingredients.

The opening of the first branch at Bjølsen was a success and quickly embraced by the locals as a favorite for the good Italian taste. It didn't take long before another branch was opened - it too was quickly marked on the map by food enthusiasts throughout the capital.

Apart from the ingredients and the taste, one of the things that characterize Il Parmigiano is the wood-fired stone ovens - which give the pizzas a completely unique taste.
