When buying this product make sure your phone is compatible. Every other pivo app works with my Sony Xperia 1 III but not this one. Even though my phone is only one year old and fully updated everytime I try to use the app it crashes as soon as I try to start taking the pictures. Only reason I gave it two stars is because when I used it with a colleague's phone it worked just fine. According to their website it works with other Sony phones so I'm hopeful there's a fix on the way.

Hi Nathan, yes the Pivo Tour app requires higher phone specifications for it to give optimal results. We have a separate list of compatible phones on our website for the Pivo Tour app and unfortunately, the Sony Experia model is not included.

I have only downloaded to test the flow before I bought it to pair with my Silver, and it crashes with basically every action I take. It feels like an incomplete app that I would not want to put my money into. Edit: I sent an email to support at the same time as writing this review and will update as neccessary.

Unlimited tours for my real estate videos without paying more is already a win for me. I wish i can add music next time! 🙂
