Very poor experience! Buses are never on time and the app is not connected to Google Maps. Too bad

It always says that the bus will arrive in 10 min but never arrives , ur public transportation is the worst pls fix ur sheduling , u charge 2.4 per ride but u dont bother to have better service

Very poor in terms of user experience. For instance, to plan your route, you need to find your destination on the map first, and you can't add a new route in the routes page, which makes zero sense. Also it's impossible to see the routes from the past (for absolutely no reasons), and thus if you already boarded the bus, you can't check a route which includes this very bus you're riding, because Pame thinks it's from the past. And more and more idiotic design decisions. Just rework the whole app.
