Text based therapy with someone qualified, and very affordable. Very happy with the app and service. Today I just had a session to help me with maintaining consistency in my life and I got some very manageable and practical tips in the short space of time we had. It was very encouraging and actually gave me some ideas to use and put into practice, unlike with other therapy where you talk a lot and aren't given any help with managing things. Much appreciated

Messages don't appear in the chat window. Two randomly showed up from the support professional I was working with but none of mine did, and many of theirs did not come through. I feel bad rating this low, because it's an amazing service offered at what has to be a loss as a public service and I love you for it. But the app doesn't work and you can't actually get the help.

Tried to create an account with my email, it sent an email for verification so I pressed on the link and it wouldn't do anything, it just came up with an error code that the site doesn't exist. So I tried it with my phone number and it never sent the verification text! Couldn't even get into the app, so I couldn't tell you whether it's nice.
