The mobile application is available only to those property owners whose houses are serviced by the management company LLC "UK Riviera" and who have an account in the KVADO.RU Internet service.

• Participation in surveys and viewing their results;
• Viewing news;
• Receiving notifications about various events (about the receipt of a new receipt, a change in the status of an application, the appointment of a specialist for an application, etc.);
• Reminder of the need to submit meter readings and the deadline for payment of receipts;
