The application "MC Pioneer-Service SPb" is a free mobile application that allows owners of apartments, non-residential premises, storerooms and parking spaces to manage their property as simply and conveniently as possible directly from the screen of a mobile phone or tablet.

The mobile application is available only to those property owners whose houses are serviced by the Pioneer-Service Group of Management Companies in the city of St. Petersburg and who have an account in the KVADO.RU Internet service.

The main features of the application:

• Control of consumption of communal resources;
• View receipts for housing, utilities and other services;
• Service of online payment of receipts;
• Order and online payment of additional paid services;
• Viewing the history of previously made payments;
• Submission of applications to the emergency dispatch service, tracking the status of their implementation;
• Online communication with the management company (ordering certificates, sending applications, complaints and suggestions, resolving various issues);
• Participation in surveys and viewing the results of their conduct;
• Viewing news;
• Receiving notifications about various events (on receipt of a new receipt, change in the status of an application, appointment of a specialist for an application, etc.);
• Reminder of the need to submit meter readings and the due date for payment of receipts;
