I like the concept of the app. Learning words in action has always been a favored approach of mine. The problem is, however, that half the time neither the sound nor video clips load properly. I hope this will be improved in future releases. Edit: The last update improved clip performance. Still, particularly during end-of-lesson reviews, clips refuse to load even when they played just fine during the lesson.

The app is very fun but after a day of using it I've already had to reset it several times because it randomly decides to stop playing sounds in the middle of reviews and insists I'm not connected to the internet (it stopped working after one lesson and 10 review items). Other small things that bother me are how it keeps scrolling down to the bottom of the list on the finished units when I try to redo the already completed lessons and how in kana tests the audio basically gives away answers

Best of the best. Real use cases, which you can listen and repeat. NOT skipping kanji - all words written as they actually writes, so you will not feel idiot, facing reality. Understandable progression with remembering curve and all of this. Minimal game elements - I mean yes, they are, but this is cool, because this is like... "gameplay itself", not "reminding that this is gameplay". No any unnecessary animation, or sound, app respects your time and goal.
